Go to the shopSmall does not mean compromised. It means choosing equipment that earns its footprint — items that fold, stack, or do several jobs — and being honest about what will not fit.
| Space | Realistic setup |
|---|---|
| Balcony or corner (2–4 m²) | Adjustable dumbbells, a mat, resistance bands, a compact bench |
| Spare room corner (4–6 m²) | The above plus a folding bench or a single cardio machine |
| Half a spare room (6–9 m²) | Bench, adjustable dumbbells, kettlebells, one cardio machine, mat area |
| Full small room (9–12 m²) | Adds a folding wall-mounted rack or a compact functional trainer |
Ceiling height rules out more small-space gyms than floor area does. Under about 2.4 m clear, overhead pressing and pull-ups are off the table regardless of how much floor you have.
Around 4 m² — enough for a bench, adjustable dumbbells and a mat. That covers most strength training. Below that you can still train with bands and bodyweight, but equipment starts to get in the way more than it helps.
Often yes, if the ceiling is high enough and the equipment can physically reach the room. A wall-mounted folding rack is usually the right answer over a full power cage. Noise to neighbours below is the other consideration — flooring matters more than in a villa.
Yes, and we would rather do that than take an order that will not work. Send dimensions, clear ceiling height and a photo of the room.
Length, width, clear ceiling height and a photo. We will plan the corner properly rather than guessing.
