Why a visit is worth the trip

Two machines that look identical online can feel completely different in use. Bearing quality, upholstery density and frame rigidity are not visible in a product photograph, and they are exactly what determines whether equipment still feels good in three years.

Footprint is the other thing. A rack looks compact until it is in front of you with a bar loaded and someone standing behind it. Seeing the real dimensions changes how people plan their room.

Common questions

Do I need an appointment?

Not strictly, but it is worth arranging. It means someone who knows your sector is there, and that the equipment you want to compare is on the floor rather than out on a project.

Can I bring my floor plan?

Please do. With dimensions in front of us we can talk through zoning and equipment counts while you are standing next to the machines, which is far more productive than doing it over email.

Is everything you sell on display?

No — the catalogue is far larger than any showroom floor. Tell us what you want to see before visiting and we will confirm what is currently available to try.

Can I buy on the day?

Yes. For a full room we would normally still do the layout stage first, so the equipment list is built against your actual space rather than decided on the floor.
