Common questions
What do you need from me to start?
Room dimensions, clear ceiling height, who will use it and how many at peak, plus a budget range. A drawing helps but is not essential. That is enough for a useful first conversation.
How long does a project take?
Planning and approval usually take one to two weeks once we have measurements. After that it depends on which items are in stock versus indent. You get a dated schedule with the quotation rather than a general estimate.
Can you work to our contractor's programme?
Yes. Send the programme and we will sequence flooring and equipment against it, flagging any lead times that put the date at risk early rather than late.
Do you work outside Dubai?
Across the Emirates, yes, with servicing UAE-wide. For GCC projects tell us the location and we will confirm what we can support before quoting.
