A hotel gym is a review line. Guests rarely praise a good one, but they will mention a broken treadmill or a room that smells of rubber. The specification job is to make it unremarkable in the best sense: clean, current, working.

What guests actually look for

Specifying for brand standards

Many operators work to a brand fitness standard that sets minimum equipment counts by room key or by floor area. Send us the standard and we will specify against it directly rather than proposing something you then have to justify upward.
