Home & Multi Gym

A multi-gym puts several stations into one frame and one footprint. For a home with limited space and mixed users, that trade-off usually beats buying the same movements as separate machines.

Multi-gym or separate pieces?

Multi-gym suits you if

One frame, many movements

  • Floor space is the binding constraint
  • Several people of different abilities will use it
  • You want guided movement rather than free weights
  • Nobody wants plates on the floor
  • Quiet operation matters

Separate pieces suit you if

Rack, bar and bench

  • You train barbell movements seriously
  • You have the ceiling height for overhead work
  • You want to add and change over time
  • Two people may train simultaneously
  • Loading heavy is the point

Common questions

How much space does a multi-gym need?

The frame footprint plus working clearance on every side that has a station — typically 6–9 m² in total. Check the height too: lat pulldown travel needs headroom above the frame, not just above your head.

Can two people use one at once?

Some multi-stations allow it, many do not. If simultaneous use matters, say so at enquiry — it narrows the options considerably and is worth knowing before you buy rather than after.

Is a functional trainer a better choice?

Often, yes. A dual-cable functional trainer gives a wider movement range in a similar footprint and adapts to more users. It usually costs more and demands slightly more knowledge to use well.

Not sure which suits your room?

Send dimensions, clear ceiling height and who will use it. We will tell you which approach fits.
