Do I need to know what equipment I want before contacting you?
No. Most projects start with a room and a budget. Send the dimensions, the intended users and roughly what you want to spend, and we will propose a layout and an equipment schedule to react to — which is a far more useful starting point than a product list.
Is there a charge for the layout and 3D design?
Design and layout work is part of how we quote a project rather than a separate product. Talk to us about the scope and we will be clear about what is included before any work starts — see Gym Planning & Design.
Can you work with our architect or contractor?
Yes. Send the drawings and we will overlay the equipment layout, flagging conflicts with power positions, ceiling heights and flooring build-up before they become site problems.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Yes, across the Emirates, with servicing and AMC cover UAE-wide. For GCC projects tell us the location and we will confirm what we can support before quoting.
Can a project be phased?
Commonly, yes. We plan the complete room, then supply in stages so the layout works at every phase instead of needing to be rearranged when the next batch arrives.
