We confirm what we can coverSome brands have limited parts availability. We will say so before attending rather than after.

Attend and diagnoseFault identified on site, with a clear explanation of the cause rather than just the fix.

Repair or quoteCommon wear parts are often carried. Anything else is quoted before work proceeds.

Test before sign-offThe station is cycled through its full range before we call it fixed.
Sites under an Annual Maintenance Contract are prioritised for callouts, and most faults never reach this stage because preventive servicing catches them first.
Common questions
Do you repair equipment bought elsewhere?
Yes. Send the make, model and a photo of the model plate and we will confirm what we can cover. Parts availability for older or obscure brands is the limiting factor, not the labour.
How quickly can you attend?
It depends on location, the fault and whether parts are in stock. We give you a realistic commitment when we quote rather than a headline figure we cannot hold to. AMC sites come first.
Is it worth repairing or should we replace?
We will tell you honestly. If the frame is sound and the failure is a consumable, repair almost always wins. If a motor or a stack assembly has gone on an old machine with scarce parts, replacement is often the better call — and we will say so even though it is the smaller job for us.
Can you work outside opening hours?
Yes. For clubs, hotels and offices that is usually the point — the machine is back before anyone notices it was out.
