Common questions

Do I have to use all your services?

No. Plenty of clients buy equipment and arrange their own installation, or ask us to service machines we never supplied. The services work together by design, but they are not sold as a bundle you cannot break up.

Will you tell me if my plan will not work?

Yes, and we would rather do that than take an order that disappoints. If the ceiling is too low for a rack or the budget will not stretch to commercial-rated cardio, you will hear it before you commit.

Can I see the equipment first?

Yes — our Dubai showroom exists for that. Build quality is difficult to judge from a photograph.
