Access is what actually decides delivery day
More installations are complicated by access than by the equipment itself. A one-piece rack frame that will not turn a stairwell has to be swapped for a modular alternative, and that is a decision to make at quotation stage rather than with a lorry outside.
Tell us the lift dimensions and the narrowest doorway on the route. It is the single most useful thing you can send us.

Frequently asked questions
Is installation included in the price?
It depends on the items and the site, so it is confirmed in your quotation rather than assumed. Ask when you enquire and we will be specific — what is included, what is extra, and why.
Will you take equipment upstairs?
Yes, where access allows. Lift dimensions, stair widths and turns decide whether a one-piece frame can get there. Send those measurements early and we will confirm before delivery rather than discovering it on the day.
How long does installation take?
A home gym is typically the same day. A mid-size commercial floor usually runs across several days, sequenced so flooring goes down first and the heaviest items are placed before the lighter ones. You get a dated schedule with the quotation.
Can you install outside working hours?
Yes, and for offices, hotels and residential buildings it is often required. Tell us the permitted access window and we will build the schedule around it.
What if something is damaged or a part is missing?
Raise it at handover so it is recorded while our team is still on site. That is what the walkthrough and sign-off are for. Because we supply and install, there is no argument about whether it was the courier or the fitter.
