Cables are the one to watch. A frayed cable on a loaded stack is a genuine injury risk, and it is the item most often missed because it is out of sight inside the shroud.

Do you service equipment you did not supply?
Yes. Tell us the makes, models and roughly how many units, and we will confirm what we can cover — parts availability for some older or obscure brands is the limiting factor, not the labour.
What is the difference between maintenance and an AMC?
Maintenance is the work. An AMC is the agreement that puts that work on a schedule at an agreed cost, so servicing happens whether or not someone remembers to call.
How quickly can you attend a breakdown?
It depends on location, the fault and whether parts are in stock. We will give you a realistic response commitment when we quote rather than a headline figure we cannot hold to. Sites under an AMC are prioritised.
Are parts included?
Labour and consumables like lubricant are normally part of a service visit. Replacement components are quoted separately unless your agreement says otherwise — it will be written down, not assumed.
Can you service outside opening hours?
Yes. For clubs, hotels and offices that is usually the point — servicing at 6am or after close means members never see a machine out of use.
